The staff was truly amazing. They handled every detail with professionalism and compassion. They helped me navigate this very difficult process with grace. I felt like I was working with family and that they cared as much for my loved one as I did. My initial plan was to have a closed casket, but once I saw how amazing my loved one looked , I decided to have a viewing. Even a week after the services, every person that I encountered was friendly, patient and gave me all the time I needed to share my memories, my grief and my appreciation for them.

Where do I start, Mr Tonic and his team of professionals are all top notch at what they do. Compassion, caring, patience, knowledgeable and understanding doesn’t even scratch the surface of the experience that we had with Tony and everyone who we encountered at Briscoe/Tonic. This is the last place on earth that I wanted to have to leave a review but due to my circumstances, I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to see firsthand how an establishment (one that we will one day all need) should operate. Thank you for everything because we were totally lost and confused until we made that first call to Briscoe-Tonic.

Ms. Trenice Vinson is one of the most kind souls I’ve ever spoken to in my life. When I called her to tell her my niece was in process of giving birth to a stillborn baby and I had no clue where to start she didn’t hesitate to jump in to help. I told her that we had no clue how or what to do and her response was simple “Don’t you worry we’re going to get your baby through this”. She didn’t ask for money instead she asked for a number to call me back on and proceeded to find our family a resource to help fund such an unexpected loss of a baby.
