This is my second day participating in the classes at Spiritual Essence and it only gets better!
As I mentioned before, I had a couple of surgeries within the past 7 months and I am trying to contact mentally, spiritually, and physically with myself. This class was perfect for that. The instructor, Eric, was clear, detailed, and PERFECT in guiding the meditation. I am calmer and more relaxed and ready for the next class! I am ready to proceed with my day in the Beautiful DMV!
This yoga studio is amazing!! The teachers are phenomenal and the classes are perfect regardless of where you are in your yoga practice. I always feel nourished, centered, and at peace after taking a class or just being around this amazing community of yogis. I am so grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to experience the welcoming and positive energy of this wonderful place! Thank you Spiritual Essence Yoga!! 🩷🩷
This is my favorite yoga studio in the area and I have explored several of them. Wonderful energy, kind people and very good customer service. This is my yoga home. I have grown so much personally since I have been coming to SEY for my yoga practice and I known being at this studio is a significant reason why.
