Failed to complete my taxes. Then said just come and take them somewhere else

I want to give a zero rating if I could. Caution to everyone when you allow this business to do your taxes. They don't stand behind their services and doesn't want to deal with you whenever there is a problem with the taxes. After 10+ years of allowing this business to do my taxes it comes down to an audit in 2020 that due to McCoy Accounting Service negligence. He doesn't want to be responsible for assistance with the debt and wants to manipulate the the system at the taxpayers expenses. I ask McCoy Acctng to pay the interest and penalty on the tax debt given that the McCoy sign as the tax preparer and I will pay the other part of the debt as the tax payer.... read full review

I dropped by papers off 4/6/2019, and emailed my spreadsheet 4/8/2019 and followed up by phone to make sure they had everything they needed. On 4/14/2019 I get a phone call that they needed clarification on a few things and replied back with answers. From April 14-April 29th I called, left voicemails/emails. When I finally reached someone, there was a mix up and someone else's paperwork was in my file, however, she stated she'd have the owner call back on multiple occasions and he never did.
