I was really impressed with Jessica the ultrasound tech. She was very helpful with explaining the process with me. The nurse practitioner was very thorough with explaining results of my test. I would have given 5 stars. I did not because, Kristal the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. My first impression was not a good one.

I recently had a consult and laser session for hair removal and highly recommend this practice on professionalism alone. This is a very safe space for trans folks and the staff is kind, informative, and thorough.

I have been going to GMBC's Vein Center for over a year and a half now for a tattoo removal. I have to pause during the summer months because I tend to be out in the sun a lot which has drawn out the process, but Dr. Esther Kim has been amazing and very careful with the process. If I come in with too much sun exposure, she has me come back at another time to make sure there is no permanent skin lightening. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend!
