What an amazing experience!I had a problem with my two year old tankless water heater that stopped working on a cold Sunday morning. I contacted the manufacturer the next day and they helped me but it stopped heating the next day. My warranty for parts was still active but the labor expired after 1 year. They would pay for any parts but I would have to hire a plumber to diagnose and fix it. They then gave me Joseph Simpson & Son’s contact info as their trusted installer.After speaking briefly with Mr. Simpson, answering a few questions and giving him the error codes on the display, he suggested that back flush the unit.
