I spoke with Courtney on the phone, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through on what to expect and sent out a tech to clean out my grease trap. The tech did an amazing job, and very affordable. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing Company and will be using them for all future plumbing needs.
