Took wonderful care of Edna. I called that morning and they found a way to squeeze her in. They scheduled her procedure (impacted crop)during their lunch! Unfortunately we have now figured out she will eat straw and feathers. Thank you! You have a wonderful and caring team at the South Carroll Veterinary Hospital. I am greatful.

I got my cat as a stray and had the doctors here check him out to be sure he was healthy. They immediately took me in when i said i needed help and got my cat in for a wellness exam. I came in again at a later date for a rabies vaccine, and unbeknownst to anyone there, i had to bring him back as he had suffered a severe allergic reaction. The vets, techs and staff were calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Carroll went above and beyond for the care of my cat. I will absolutely be returning!

This was our first time here. What a great team.

After my regular vet wasn't available they recommended calling South Carroll. I needed an avian vet and an appointment right away. They not only saw us the same day, the price was beyond fair, and they handled the case professionally and compassionately. Through no fault of theirs, we lost our boy. Today I received a beautiful card and a drawing of our duck. From a vet we saw one time. The staff and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful and I now have a new vet. I highly recommend them.

I can not express enough how absolutely wonderful everyone is at South Carroll Vet!! Back in July our beautiful Bella fell very ill. We originally scheduled a at home service to say goodbye. We quickly realized she would not make it til then, and our regular vet was also unable to see her in time. I called South Carroll Vet in a desperate attempt to hopefully be able to bring her in. Not only did they help her without hesitation, they were the most compassionate, helpful and wonderful people I could ever have asked for. They went above and beyond in every way. Although we still sleep with her blanket every night, we just recently were able to bring ourselves to open, go through, look at, and read all the sweet messages and tiny gifts that were sent. Here in the near future, we will be bringing home a new bundle of joy, and without question would not go anywhere else for her care. Everything and everyone at South Carroll Vet is fantastic. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable from the moment you walk in the door. I have multiple animals and have been to many vets over the years. I’ve never encountered such a caring and personalized vet experience until coming here. Dr. Stephens and Dr. Carroll show such a genuine passion for their work and the animals in their care. They’ve gone out of their way to talk through behavior questions and accommodations for my rescue dogs, and they never make me feel rushed. The pricing here is very reasonable as well. I’m so grateful for this practice.

I can't say enough good things about this vet clinic! The vets here are incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding. My dog Peaches is usually very anxious about vet visits, but the team always takes the time to make her feel calm and comfortable - it makes such a difference. My other dog, Hobbes, absolutely loves it here (honestly, I think he wishes he could live at the clinic).

My family also brings our two other dogs here, and every single time the experience has been positive and consistent. What I especially appreciate is that the clinic is affordable while still offering top-notch care, and there's a real sense of partnership between the vets and us as pet parents. They truly listen and work with you to find the best solution for your pets.

And a special shoutout to the front desk staff - they're always so friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about animals.

These two are truly the best vets ever! They're very knowledgeable and fairly priced and you can tell the whole team truly loves animals. The staff is A++ ... friendly, compassionate, and professional. We bring our Australian Shepherd and two Cockaliers here, and my daughter also brings her Cockalier here. Our male Cockalier was just neutered and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. More importantly, the dogs feel comfortable here. We're very grateful to have found Dr. Carroll and Dr. Stevens and highly recommend them!
