Washington D.C. School of Flower Design

Attending the two day Introduction to Floral Design at the Washington, DC location of the American Schools of Floral Design was one of the most fun and creative experiences I have had in a long time! I just spent two action packed days with Michael Gaffney and a small group of students learning more than I anticipated. Michael makes learning fun and interactive. You walk away with a sense of confidence that you can do this!In addition to developing confidence in creating floral arrangements, you come home with arrangements that look like they were delivered by a florist. I can’t wait to create an arrangement, deliver it to a friend and have the rave!Thanks Michael!

Highly recommend. This class is perfect for the novice, flower lover to the professional. Many helpful tips and tricks on how to keep cut flowers fresh. Was fun and engaging. Came home with beautiful arrangements I made and the confidence that I could easily replicate in the future. Will never have to buy arrangements again. I’ll be creating my own from now on.
