I had a great experience with tech Darryl King; he understood all my questions and listen to my concerns; he has excellent customer service skills...I felt really comfortable talking to him about pest issues at home.. l was so happy when he said all my pest issues will go away..gave me a piece of mind..thank you for having such a great employee. We have been very satisfied with Mosquito Authority and the efficacy of their product and service. Dimitry is prompt, courteous, and always texts me to let me know exactly when he will arrive. Additionally, he is extra careful to be certain all of our gates are firmly locked when he is done so our dogs cannot escape the backyard. He also comes back quickly to re-treat if we find mosquitoes have infiltrated the area. Thanks Dimitry for the excellent customer service!
