Had a small leak that was coming from my roofdeck and leaking into the guest room below. I contacted Dream General Contractors on a Monday. I received an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done by Friday. Eduardo and his team were very professional, fast, and cost efficient. Eduardo made sure the work his team was doing was clearly understood and provided periodic updates throughout the repair. I needed to put the shower vent on the roof to get the steam out to prevent the attic wood moisture based on the home inspection report. I hired Byron from this business to do the work. He was very great and professional! I was very happy with the work. He helped me add the new cover on my basement shower vent to get the steam out properly. The price was very reasonable.
