Tara Carloni OT, CHT is an amazing, highly experienced hand therapist!!!! She is friendly, encouraging, extremely experienced and knowledgeable hand therapist! She has an endless toolbox of therapy devices to assist me in getting function back of my hand and fingers after radial nerve involvement after surgery. She also customizes my care plan specific to my impairments and progress which I really appreciate! I am so grateful for Tara as she has assisted me get more use of my hand, fingers! Highly recommend Tara 👌

I had Rotator Cuff surgery in late July 2025. I’ve been seeing Physical Therapists here since mid-Aug 2025, and I have been very happy! I’ve seen Laura Hoelzer, Courtney, and Mike. All have been great! They are not only very knowledgeable but they are friendly and caring. The front office staff is also great! I highly recommend Luminis Physical Therapy in Severna Park.

Everyone has a positive attitude, from the front desk to PT techs! Melissa and Courtney work hard to address each clients needs. Great place to rehab!

I have been using this practice for years. Tow knees and a hand. Their therapists and general staff are awesome. I highly recommend anyone with a need for PT or OT call them.

I saw Tara for over a year of hand therapy dealing with a finger injury and surgery to repair it. She is the best! Super knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and willing to do whatever it takes to help. I can't recommend her and her team highly enough if you are in need of hand therapy!

LOVE this establishment. I went for OT with Tara Carloni for about 9 months. I soley worked with her but the techs and the rest of the staff were always so kind and professional. Tara is a master of her craft and the best in her field. By working with my left hand/arm which Doctors thought I may never be able to use again, Tara gave me my life back. It wasn't the same before working with her and I wouldn't have gotten nearly as far with anyone else. Not only that, but her warmth and positive attitude were a huge help in my healing journey. Tara truly cares about her patients, takes the time to listen, and is full of so much knowledge she can find a solution to anything. I cannot recommend her or this practice enough!

I have been relying on this practice for almost two decades when different injuries occurred (shoulder, hand, both elbows). In every instance they helped me get back to being pain-free with exceptional results.The office is easy to find and conveniently right on Ritchie Highway. It is always clean, bright, and ready for me when I arrive. The services are prompt and efficient, and they have a large variety of equipment and all the exercise gear you'd ever need.A special thank you to Tara who is a true professional and a master at her craft. I was dealing with tennis elbow and due to the office's availability I decided to get treatment at a different office that could see me quicker. While some progress was being made there the improvement reached a limit. Having worked with Tara before on a previous injury I decided to switch over and have her try and help. She used a very innovative approach which got me back to 100% in a very short period. She really felt like a miracle worker.In observing them, all the other specialists seem great as well. I am very thankful to have this practice available should the need ever arise, and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Tara and team!

I was going to physical therapy after a complete rotator cuff tear. Tara was amazing to deal with. She made therapy easy and enjoyable. I’m the type of person that thinks therapy is a waste normally, but thanks to Tara, Ashley(Annapolis Office), and Carolyn(Pasadena Office) my shoulder is in great shape and I’m on the way to my shoulder being fully functional again.
