My heat pump unit stopped working and I contacted Bay Care. Mike and his crew responded the same day, diagnosed the problem and provided various options for repair or replacement.
Given the age of the unit we opted to replace the system. Mike promptly made the arrangements and his crew performed the installation flawlessly. The Bay Care crew is highly competent and professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC service
Yesterday, the hottest day of this year we woke up to our upstairs AC unit not cooling. We did not have a contract with anyone but had used the company the previous owner had used. They were unable to make a service call. We then called Bay Care Heating and Air and a technician was there shortly after we called to make a quick assessment. He promised to be back before the end of the day to fix it and he was back in a few hours. Polite and knowledgeable! They have our business!!
