Synergy was amazingly responsive, and the various care providers were all excellent. We used them for 24/7 care following major surgery, and then were able to reduce the amount of coverage gradually. Synergy was accessible at all times and completely cooperative, including when we needed last minute schedule adjustments. We would use them again without hesitation.
Outstanding service. The caregivers built deep personal relationships with my parents that really improved their quality of life. Even beyond that, the company exceeded my expectations in working with us on schedules and other details you wouldn't necessarily consider when choosing a homeware company. I highly recommend Synergy.
Our dear family friend and experienced social worker specializing in elder care, Kara Genderson, recommended we call Ross Fierman, CEO, Synergy HomeCare, when we needed help at my mom’s home after her fall. Ross, Robert, Karolyn, Allison and the WONDERFUL CNA’s who looked after our mother’s care were a godsend. Ross immediately gathered his leadership team and a plan of action was put into place. Any need that arose the Synergy HomeCare team were incredibly attentive and responsive. And to Emma, Ellie, Khadija, LemLem and some of the other aides- you’ve become extended family.
