We called SDR for a water emergency and they responded promptly on the same day. They took out all the wet materials, such as carpets, and conducted moisture meter checks to ensure that everything was accounted for. The team was also helpful in identifying which of our belongings needed to be thrown out, and they disposed of all the debris. After leaving the fans and dehumidifiers running for a few days, they returned to remove the equipment and do the drywall removal. We had great communication with the office, particularly with Alexa, who was a valuable resource for us in navigating our insurance claim.

After a flood in our basement ruined the carpet, we called in Superior Damage Restoration to help. They arrived quickly and immediately checked for dampness in the walls, replacing any damaged drywall. They also removed the moldy carpet and other damaged items. These guys are super fast. They responded quickly to my call and showed up at our place in Rockville within 30 minutes. We had a pretty complex situation in our basement with standing water and basically a massive flood, so they called in another crew and this really helped move things quickly.
