Nery and his team were amazing with my family member's house. It was in unlivable condition with excrement and urine covering the basement bedrooms and bathrooms due to dogs and breeding. There were mice through the entire house with feces. Nery's team came in after we removed a truck load of debris and they were able to turn a dangerous living area into a beautiful house again. They accomplished this over a two week period. Nery's prices are fair and his team was exceptional and very kind to my family member. She is now six months since the cleaning and she continues to thrive in a clean environment. Much thanks to Nery and his team. Wanted $6,000 to clean a one-bedroom, 1,300 sqft basement apartment. Insisted it would take a team of four people three days working 8-10 hours each day. All I requested was that the carpet be vacuumed and shampooed, the (admittedly dirty) bathroom/toilet to be cleaned, any dirty spots on the walls cleaned, the fridge wiped down inside and the counter/sink cleaned.This was not a big job. One very industrious person could do it in a day, two could easily do it in 5-6 hours. I do not know what they were planning on doing to the apartment that could possibly have been worth about six months rent for the place, but for a crew of four people, they should have been in and out in two hours. They insisted it would take a total of 96+ man-hours.Complete waste of my time. Even a murder scene in that apartment wouldn't require that much time.

I highly recommend the services of Professional Heavy Duty Cleaning Service lead by Nery and his team, most of whom were family. I had some serious foundation work done on my two-story home resulting in the need for a deep cleaning of the entire home before it could occupied again. Nery was able to meet with me quickly to do a walk through of the property advising me each step of way as to what he thought I needed as well as responding to my stated needs. After a substantial meeting, we agreed upon a price and start date. We met on a Friday and the work was scheduled to begin on the next Monday. Sometimes one has to take a leap of faith and my faith in Nery and his team was so justified given the end results. Because I could not be present during the clean-up, we communicated via phone, text, and photos. He kept me appraised during each phase of the project. Upon completion, I met him for the final walk through. The results exceeded my expectations. This was quite the chore. Oscar, Maria, Diego and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. A "smoker's" home that had not been cleaned in a very long time. From floor to ceiling. They did a really good job with what they were given. If you are looking for a "Great Team" hire this company.
