Dr. Krivda is the best. The entire team were extremely professional and polite.

I literally just got off the phone with this place. I’ve never dealt with a dermatologist so I was calling to become a new patient. I spoke to a receptionist. The lady literally asked me, “What’s your health insurance provider?” I replied, “One moment, I’ll have that for you. I’ve gotta find it.” Then she asks “What’s your last name?” As I’m saying my last name, she says “Who is your health insurance provider?!” I got irritated because she asked for my health insurance, then my last name, as I’m telling her my last name she catches an attitude with me. So I don’t like the customer service. That was my experience, I hope it’s not yours.

Very disappointed with this office. I scheduled an appointment two months in advance for March 13, and the office canceled it at the last minute because the doctor wanted to leave early. When I called to reschedule, the earliest they offered was another month later in April, which means I have to wait even longer for an appointment that they canceled.
On top of that, Amy was extremely rude on the phone and showed no willingness to help find anything sooner, even though the cancellation was on their side. I understand schedules change, but canceling patients’ appointments after they’ve waited months and then making them wait another month—with rude customer service—is very unprofessional. Really disappointing experience.

Staff members are polite and helpful and there is very little wait time for appointments. Dr. Giblin never gives up when working to solve my concerns and improve my condition. He is very clear when sharing information and patiently listens and responds to my questions. I recommend Dr. Giblin to anyone, especially those with very extreme skin conditions. Dr. Giblin even fit me in on an already booked schedule because I was having concerns.

Dr. Curtain and his team are fabulous. They were able to fit me into the schedule right away, and even called with biopsy results after hours on a Friday. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Curtin was very polite, friendly, attentive and addressed every issue I brought to his attention. He gave me information needed to care for my skin’s health and relieved stress associated with health concerns. When you find a doctor that is friendly, well educated and experienced, you should keep their schedule light enough to fit you in when needed by not spreading great ratings. It would be hard to not suggest Dr Curtin to good people, especially since good people recommended him to me.

Dr Tim Curtin is excellent doctor and highly knowledgeable.

Dr. Giblin is an outstanding physician with exceptional interpersonal skills in a modern office with excellent staff.
