I appreciate their ability to be accommodating because my building doesn’t have elevators and I had other companies deny me because of that. Our carpet had lots of foot traffic and spills from over the years. We scheduled with this company, the technician showed up on time and explained how their solution would lift all the dirt and grime trapped in my beige carpet's fibers. After he finished cleaning our carpet, the difference was like night and day. The carpet now smells fresh, the color looks vibrant, and it even feels softer to walk on.
