Healthy Hound Playground & Grooming

I have been taking my puppy Ollie here since he was a few months old. My groomer is fantastic and so good with him since he can get nervous. Ollie goes to doggie day care when needed and also I have boarded him when traveling. He loves it there and I never worry about his care. Staff are so friendly and loving to all the dogs in their care.

Healthy Hound Playground & Grooming is THE PLACE TO GO. Their Groomers are fantastic. Our Groomer consistently does an OUTSTANDING Grooming on our dog - a mix of Bichon and Shih-Tsu. This facility is very clean, well kept, and the staff there are all very friendly, responsive and professional. Our dog loves going there for his six week grooming. If you haven't tried Healthy Hound Playground & Grooming, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. They are wonderful.

Healthy Hound provides an exceptional grooming experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every pet that walks through their doors. They took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my dog groomed and exceeded my expectations with the results.

My dog came home looking fantastic, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy and comfortable. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the perfectly trimmed coat to the clean paws and nails. It’s clear that the groomers are experienced, patient, and passionate about what they do.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which gave me confidence that my pet was in great hands. I also appreciated the excellent communication throughout the process.

I have been bringing my 3-year old Great Pyrennes George to Healthy Hound Playground since he was a puppy. They has always treated him with kindness and understanding even providing special arrangements for his overnight stays. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

We recently adopted a dog and I don't like dog parks but I wanted our dog to continue to be social. We chose Healthy Hounds due to the reviews and my surprise visit - which the very friendly staff accommodated (I didn't realize I needed an appointment). When I shared some concerns I had (e.g. dog being able to take a break from playing), they answered all my questions. That was a relief for me! On my first visit, I received my call to let me know how the introductory visit went. Strider is so excited as soon as we walk in the door - I might as well let him walk himself in. I also love that this is a smaller facility and am excited to take Strider for his weekly visits.

My big yellow buddy Teddy always has a blast when he comes for daycare. I love that he’s a local celebrity.

The crew at Healthy Hound always takes great care of Daisy. They are sensitive to her limited vision and struggles with negative reactivity to other dogs. They take their time with her to ensure her safety and well-being and all the other dogs on-site. She always comes out of her bath looking fantastic with neatly trimmed nails. We’ve been using them for the 3 years since we rehomed Daisy and look forward to continuing to bring her to Healthy Hound for many more years to come.

My dog, Jameson, loves Healthy Hound! He goes for daycare about once per week, and he's done boarding a few times. The staff is wonderful - they know him by name and make sure he's comfortable and well-loved. He's always excited when I drop him off for his day of napping and being spoiled. The facility is spotless and run very professionally. I am very happy to have found such a great option for my old boy.
