I had a great experience with BGE Constellation. Jonathan arrived the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He was very personable, funny, and clearly extremely knowledgeable at his job, which made the whole experience stress-free. Constellation technician Andrew M. came to figure out why the HVAC system had not been producing heat for four days. He checked the furnace and heat pump, which were fine and found that there was an issue with the thermostat. He showed me where to choose either the heat pump or furnace manually. (The thermostat had automatically switched between the two before). That solved my problem. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I highly recommend him.

My shower head broke and male piece was stuck inside female piece in the wall. William Mathis removed broken piece and attached shower head. He did it above and beyond and I am so grateful. Thanks, Bill
