Technician was great went through everything to see possibly where the problem was coming from. A vest of knowledge the technician had and made sure I understand what he was doing and why he was doing it
We are very happy with the service Gary and his crew have done on our Lennox HVAC system. The technician, Ethen, arrived on time. He tuned up the air system professionally. He is very friendly and answered any questions we had. We had our Lennox installed in the 1980's and it's a great unit - never failed us in the winter or summer. Ethen lives nearby and told us to call him if we ever need emergency service. Very satisfied with his service and professional attitude. Ed B.
