Great team to work with here. They went way beyond what was required when working with us and repairing our system. We appreciate it. Without a doubt we will use them for our future needs and we recommend them to anyone for hvac needs.
I got my AC and Heat system done for a lower price than other local companies. The installation process was great. The workers made sure to clean up after they were done every day at the end of the day. On the final day of installation, the team lead took his time to explain the importance of changing the filter and warranty coverage of the system. Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend.
Just wanted to give some recognition to great customer service. Cullum Heating and Cooling a call. They were very friendly and helpful with an issue I was having. They were flexible and understanding of my situation and were also very transparent and honest and set reasonable expectations from the start.
