I was assigned this company through a 1% broker service. Because of my terrible experiences with agents when I tried to sell my house a year ago, I decided to educate myself so I could potentially sell it FSBO. I ultimately chose the 1% program because I wanted a buffer between myself and other agents.

Her team barely spoke English, but once they understood my requests, they were quick and efficient. I do wish they had told me what languages they spoke; I could have translated my requests from the start instead of going back and forth trying to communicate.
