Because of my terrible experiences with agents when I tried to sell my house a year ago, I decided to educate myself so I could potentially sell it FSBO. I ultimately chose the 1% program because I wanted a buffer between myself and other agents.
Her team barely spoke English, but once they understood my requests, they were quick and efficient. I do wish they had told me what languages they spoke; I could have translated my requests from the start instead of going back and forth trying to communicate.
Nathalie caused some unnecessary stress during the beginning of the process. Her staff uploaded the wrong photos, and she pressured me to list the house before I was ready. Which meant I had to repeatedly step away from my job to deal with appointment requests, which created problems for me at work.
She was not able to help much with repair negotiations because she was unfamiliar with my house and neighborhood. However, when the buyer's agent and lender made mistakes and then misrepresented what happened, causing the closing to be delayed, she stepped in, called everyone involved, and strongly advocated on my behalf. I appreciated that.
Will she be a good agent for you? I have no idea. I don't know who you are or what you're looking for in an agent. She didn't lie to me, and she didn't prevent the sale from going through, which is more than I can say for some agents I've dealt with.
My advice is to do your own research and decide whether her approach is a good fit for your needs.
