After finding a few pieces of slate in my yard i anxiously reached out to several roofing companies for estimate. Charm city was the first to respond with quick turn around time for estimate. Mac showed up with excellent timing, honest assessment of the condition of my roof and patience with allowing me to ask as many questions as needed. Mac remained accessible to answer more questions as i did more research. After having 3 more estimates i choose charm city mainly because of the customer service and promptness with response. I am so glad , 2 weeks from start to finish! The install team Was efficient with the project with good care and concern for protecting and cleaning my property once project was done. If you're looking for good customer service, quality work and a financially affordable while reliable company, charm city is it. Hands down Mac was the most competent, patient and kind roofing professional I've ever encountered. Thank you charm city for a job well done!! I am beyond delighted with my new roof

I contacted Charm City roofing via Yelp and immediately got a message from them asking if I was available that day for a consult. I was. I was greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. Everything was laid out for me including installation process, the different shingles and what kind of warranty they're backed with, color etc. The price was fair, the installation happened less than a week later (before a ridiculous stretch of rain) and we are satisfied with the end result. I was a little worried about how messy things got as I was occasionally peeping through my ring door bell but they cleaned up everything so nicely including the neighbors areas which will happen in a house like ours regardless. Im hoping to never need to buy another roof for awhile but if I do. This is where I am going. Top notch, friendly, and fast!

They are a legit company and do their job pretty flawlessly. I got a leak again right after they replaced the roof but they came right back and fixed it so its all good. In term of value, they are on a more expensive side. Dont expect them to repair the roof, they will always either offer a roof coating or roof replacement job instead. They dont want to bother doing a small job I guess. Overall, a good company who does what it says!
