I worked with Tom last year and he was very helpful. We changed our minds a few times and he kept redrafting ideas for us. When we finally had a plan, the installation team was prompt and polite. Tom checked in with us a few times afterwards to make sure everything was going well.
I had concerns about a tree we put in not surviving but Tom answered all my questions and found treatments to ensure it would survive. I am happy to say the tree did survive and has new buds on it this season.
The BJL group was super professional and knowledgeable. We were first-time homeowners looking for guidance on landscaping a courtyard area that lacks sunlight. The design interactions were friendly and patient as we iterated on some options. They planted a first pass, some plants didn't pan out, and they did a complimentary replacement that worked better. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after their work.
