No way these people are licensed stylist. Over the years they have lost their best staff. The service and delivery is subpar. They also discriminate based on hair type. Find another salon

I am so pissed with this salon! So much so, I will not be going back after years of getting my hair done here! I brought my 7yr old to simply get a wash & blow dry. I also got my hair done. They charged me $60 to simply wash & dry my daughter’s hair! My wash & style was $65…. Huh??? Why is a wash $60?!?!! The explanation was she has difficult hair…. Excuse me?!!! You have a salon full of black women! Outside of this, your receipt says $10 for a wash!! You probably should tell the customer you plan to charge that much extra before the service so we can decide if it makes sense for us! I will not be returning! Outside of that, my hair is still dirty! Done!! Go to La Taina off of Rolling Road! Don’t waste your time or energy!

Just don’t come here if you’re black and natural lol. Very disappointed my hair looked horrible. They told me $180 on the phone for keratin then tried to charge me $250 I said I can’t do that, they charged me $220 for this trainwreck! It’s not even processed properly my roots were still curly and within 2 days my hair was curling up again. I picked this salon bc they’ve been in business so long I assumed they’d do a good job obviously I was wrong. Spent over $200 to look worse than I walked in. There’s no reason a press should hang like that these people don’t know what they’re doing she didn’t even chase when flat ironing. They also when I came in tried to tell me to get some damaged hair treatment instead that I’ve never even heard of. My hairs not damaged it hadn’t even touched heat since shaving my head prior to getting this appointment. I will say some of the ladies were nice, my stylist was not.

Worst Experience Ever! The shampoo was extremely rough! My hair was super tangled, had to get someone else to shampoo my hair over after being shampoo like 8 times! Very disappointed, the only one I will go to is (Sofee), who also works good on kids! I am tender headed, but they are extremely rough while handling your hair. Just a fair warning! I honestly believe they need to learn how to properly detangle and wash hair professionally. It took so long , I came at 2:00 and didnt leave until 6:00pm. I spent 98$ even though someone else had to fix mistakes that someone else made. Customer service was horrible! Just was waiting for me to pay and not willing to compensate my experience.

Requested style: Had had the barber named Miguel thought my adventures I requested, a taper, and a cease with entail in how I wanted my hair to be, the cut was good
