Truly was going to let this go, but I am 20 with gaps in my edges and pain in my scalp after having cornrows in my head for only two hours. The people here are really nice and handled the situation well, but i cannot go sleep due to the pain. My hair doesnt look the same and cant even style my hair for work. I have been here before a few tines, and if youre getting knot less, they are ok for that. Dont get cornrows

The owner was friendly and professional. Work was beautiful and neat! My daughter was in the chair for about 2 and half hours! We will be back and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I experienced hair loss after the owner braided my hair. Customer service was a 0/5. Owner has a disrespectful mouth. I'd rather pay more elsewhere than deal with that. It was very off putting. You lost a loyal customer.

You were indeed rude. Your getting offended because someone is telling the truth. Don't treat customers that way. Don't treat people that way in general. Consumers can choose not to patron your business from customer service alone. Customer service is a very integral part of running a company, and if you can't effectively communicate with your customer then you shouldn't be communicating at all. Hire a manager or a customer relations employee to do the communicating, but do not state you were not rude, because you were. Take this experience amd learn from it.
Also, you addressed the rudeness comment, but not the hair loss comment? The braiding was way too tight, even after mentioning it to you numerous times. Ended up taking my hair out shortly after I left. Waste of money, but I'm okay with that, considering the alternative was keeping it in and risking hair loss, traction alopecia, etc.
Please do better. I wish you the best of luck.

I have been here four times but the last visit made me decide to never return. She has new braiders that don't know what they are doing and lazy. The owner who usually does my hair didn't come in. I got home and the next day the braids were coming undone. I had to return to the shop to have them try to fix them. What really irritated me is the owner had a attitude because with me because her staff didn't do what they were suppose to do.

I came in a little over a week ago to get medium large waist length bohemian senegalese twists that Iβve got done before. I came in at 9:30 and was the 2nd person thereβ¦so why is it that I didnβt leave until after 5:30 meaning I was there for over 8 hours. 8 hours is RIDICULOUS and it should have never taken that long. It was only 3 clients there that day and the person who came in after me left before me which was crazy. Then the girls were arguing about them doing the size and length wrong on the 1st client. Iβm pretty sure they gave me medium sized twists and longer than waist length. One of the girls seemed more concern about her phone to play music or talk on it which is unprofessional. I expressed to them I had somewhere to be and she acted like she didnβt care. I love the way the braids/twists turn out here but Iβm not coming back if it takes a whole work day to do. They need better training or more girls because Iβm not the only one who feels this way. Please do better.
