Great companies have great owners who take pride in their work and who have well trained, extremely competent customer-oriented employees. Greg is a great owner. He and his team installed two units for us. As a former General Contractor and Home Builder his installation of the units was the best and neatest, I had seen. All wiring was neatly dressed, the outside units were installed perfectly level, the installation was completed in one day and the site was thoroughly cleaned. He stands behind his products. Our 5.5-year old A/C stopped working recently. We paid $199 for Fixed Right to come look at it on a weekend, and a tech came out and said the outside unit was broken from debris in the line due to a faulty installation. Fixed Right then proceeded to send its sales guy to our house to present us with several options for replacement, ranging from ~$15K to $30K. Luckily, someone we know got us in touch with Patuxent. Greg discovered that the unit was leaking and came out three times to determine where the leak was coming from. If you have any issue with your HVAC call them, seriously. Greg and his son are very professional, honest and hard working. They don't cut corners and they make sure to find the root of an issue. I had a leak which cause my HVAC to drain the freon within 36 hours. They could have easily charged me for a new unit or for an entire hose repair but they didn't. They found the leak after searching for a couple hours, and fixed it quickly and then charged me up. I would and do recommend them to everyone that has an issue. 10/10 recommend them and I will only be using them from this point on.
