Great companies have great owners who take pride in their work and who have well trained, extremely competent customer-oriented employees. Greg is a great owner. He and his team installed two units for us. As a former General Contractor and Home Builder his installation of the units was the best and neatest, I had seen. All wiring was neatly dressed, the outside units were installed perfectly level, the installation was completed in one day and the site was thoroughly cleaned. He stands behind his products. Has anyone heard from Greg lately? I've left him several messages and he hasn't returned them. I know he's gotta be busy this time of year, but this isn't normal for him.

This company fixed the issue with our HVAC system not working correctly in about 20 minutes for only $90. They discovered it was a simple fuse that needed to be replaced. I am beyond thankful for them being so honest and quickly resolving the problem. We now have cold AC right before the hot summer heat.

We had another company (ARS/Rescue Rooter) come out first and they made it seem like we needed a whole new system ranging from $9000 - $15,000. I’m so glad we decided to check around and found Patuxent Heating & Air Conditioning. They saved us thousands of dollars.
