I worked with Dr. Julie during my second pregnancy and postpartum. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She helpfully prescribed and guided me through a variety of exercises, which ultimately made a huge difference in my comfort during pregnancy and healing postpartum. I highly recommend New Woman PT!

I can’t recommend Dr. Julie enough! I came in struggling with diastasis recti and feeling frustrated and unsure about how to properly heal my core. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly encouraging throughout the entire process.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, created a personalized treatment plan, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve seen such a huge improvement in my strength, stability, and confidence, in a very short period of time!

After having my son I noticed I was having some issues with leakage. When I went back to work and started to work out again i really noticed how bad this issue was and how annoying it was. I tried to do some exercises at home from online programs but wasnt noticing alot of progress so I decided to try in office pt and was referred to Dr. Julie by my ob.
