I got my lashes done on Thursday and I lost a big chunk of them on Sunday not sure how so I messaged them yesterday asking if they could do something for me and the very kind ladies were able to fit me in last minute and they were able to fix them for me just wanna let you know Customer Service at PIKESVILLE location is outstanding I love the girls here. I love the way they do my lashes. I love the way they handle me as a customer. I don’t wanna go anywhere else. They are very understanding if I was running late they’re able to reschedule. I visited Girlkin lashes in Pikesville and they have been awesome! The staff there is super accommodating and welcoming. Maria did my lashes and eyebrows not only efficiently but they look GREAT!! Maria is super nice and she does such a good job of matching what you want. 10/10 recommend.

I always love coming here to Girlkin! I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 4-5 months here and each time I come it’s such a positive experience. Everyone is so supportive. My lash tech, Maria always knows how to give great customer service and wonderful delicate care! All the staff I have interacted with is always kind and friendly! Service is always prompt and the staff is always very communicative. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes to dolled up!
