I've had FJK out a few times now for some plumbing issues. My most recent problem was with an overflowing toilet and a shower with a mind of its own when it comes to temperature modulation. Matt B was my tech and he hit it out of the park! He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and took his time explaining the various issues, giving me rough pricing along the way. It was a great experience!

I've used FJ Klein & Sons for a number of substantial jobs. Their prices are fair, they always do an outstanding job, and are efficient and responsive. I'll be happy to use them again in the future.

While I haven't used them yet for plumbing services, I wanted to write a glowing review for their customer service:1. Someone answered the phone when I called this morning. I called other plumbers who were supposed to be open but didn't answer.2. They were kind and personable.3. They took the time to suggest a cheaper way I may be able to fix the problem on my own.4. They have a flat rate for services. They explained to me exactly what they would do if they had to come out and how much they would charge for that service regardless of the time it took to complete.
