The main sewer line backed up late in the evening, and BW Plumbing answered my call right away. They arrived on time, thoroughly diagnosed the blockage, and got everything flowing smoothly within an hour. They left the workspace spotless. The pricing was completely fair. I am so relieved and will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues!
Really appreciate these guys. Our utility sink was backed up on a Saturday. A different plumber told us it was actually the sewer line and for various reasons it was going to be a big job. He didn't have time to do it but referred us to BW Plumbing. Originally we thought we'd have to wait til Monday and get a hotel since we could not use our water, but they told us they do it same day at a very reasonable cost. They stayed late into the evening finishing it, and they were very nice and easy to work with.
We are so grateful for Mr. Sawma! We needed a difficult-to-source part, and he did a lot of work to research it and find it for us, then expertly installed it. He is responsive and quick to schedule with, very affordable for the expert quality of service, and friendly. Highly recommend!
