Robert at premiere water service is the best I have had work on my water system in 40 years. Pressure tank blew out memorial day weekend, had water everywhere. Within 2 hours he was here and had everything fixed. When service at a lot of places is going downhill Robert at premiere water service was 6 stars out of 5. If you need anything related to water call him first. Thanks Robert!
My well tank sprung a leak in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. I called Robert at 7 am on Sunday morning and he showed up and started working on the replacement tank by 8 am. Our water was back and running by 930 am. When choosing the replacement tank size, he explained the pros and cons of each. The price was reasonable and Robert took the time to go over the rest of the well system while the glue set. If we need any well repairs in the future, I'll certainly be calling them back!
Woke up this morning (a Saturday), no water. Not happy. Called Rob about 11:15 AM. Had his colleague, Lester, at my house by 2 PM. New controller switch for the pressure tank (had it on his truck) put in and everything is wrapped up before 3 PM. And the charge was very reasonable, especially considering it's a Saturday! This is my second time dealing with Premier and I have been extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.
