I reached out to Premier Water Services the day after Thanksgiving, fully understanding that the holiday weekend might delay responses. What has been disappointing, however, is the continued lack of communication and professionalism even after things should have returned to normal.
By the middle of the following week, we still had not received a return call, so we reached out again. The individual who answered asked what services we needed, and we explained that we were simply looking for a basic assessment. Rather than acknowledging the delay or offering any form of apology, we were told they were busy. We were then instructed to take a photo of our water filtration unit and that we would be given a number to text it to a process that not only felt unnecessarily confusing, but was never even followed through on. No number was provided, and no further contact was made.
Professionalism and basic courtesy are fundamental in any service-based business. Unfortunately, neither was present in our interaction with this company. I approached this process with patience and understanding, but the lack of etiquette and follow-up left me genuinely disappointed. Reliable communication is essential, especially when customers are seeking guidance on something as important as their home water systems.
I hope this feedback encourages Premier Water Services to improve their responsiveness and customer care moving forward.

We called out Premier Water Services after a tree fell on our well head and we lost water in the house. They were quick to come out and restore the water. The gentleman who came out, Lester, worked hard to get us restored and back to normal while also keeping the overall cost down. He gave us a couple options to ensure that we were safe to go and wouldn't need to be calling them back out for further fallout. We took his advice, and I am so glad we did. It cost us around an extra $1k but in the end saved us over $20k that would have been needed to replace the well pump. Lester was patient with answering questions about the pump and well, even if it wasn't directly related to our problem. It was obvious that he was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Premier Water Services!

One weekend we noticed a rust hole on our well pressure tank. Called on a Sunday and left a message and received a call back 5 minutes later (sure most of you appreciate how rare this is). They gave us some quick tips and said they would be there first thing on the next morning (wow!). They showed up right on time and figured out our problem and had us fixed and back in business quickly. Their price was very fair and the work was very professional and friendly and clean. They take Visa and MasterCard. Highly recommend these local guys for all your well and water treatment needs.

My pump went up and my holding tank was old and I called Premier and the job was done professionally the gentleman replace the pump and the holding tank and now I have very good pressure in my water. I am very happy with the results. I would advise anyone to have premier Come out and fix their problems. Thank you again.
