IM pools wasn't willing to come take care of my pool because it's an intex, BUT talked me through exactly what I needed to do, spent probably 20 minutes or better on the phone with me and solved my issues remotely. I'm not saying you should call and try to get free advice, just that this dude knows his stuff, and is genuinely a great person.

Everything James does is done right. He always shows up when he's supposed to and he knows his stuff. And his prices are reasonable. I've used him for 6 years and I can't say enough good things about his work. I highly recommend IM Pools!!
