Phenomenal service. Called on a Monday and that early afternoon ( The Same Day) they came out to my hoist , quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our sink clogging issue. The technician who came out were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Anne Arundal county Maryland.

Arrived on time and made room for me in a busy schedule to get back flow testing done! They were quick, polite, and there was no fuss at all. Backflow testing was 90$, cash or check, and easily accomplished.

Having trouble with my water heater, I called Anne Arundel Plumbing and left a message with details of my problem. A few hours later I got a return call. He completely understood my issue and explained how they could repair (rather than replace) it, told me how I could reset the internal breaker to get hot water and offered to come out in several days unless the reset workaround didn't work. This was a perfect solution for me. As promised, he called me at 8am on Monday morning and the team arrived 10 minutes later. The guys drained the tank and replaced the thermostats and heating elements (at least one of which had developed a leak) and I was back in business with... read full review
