I took my 19 y/o son to Ticia for a wash and moisture hair treatment. I was her first client that morning and she was very upbeat with a welcoming demeanor.She explained to him each step of the process and was very encouraging with hair tips for my son going forward.My son enjoyed his experience so much that he asked me for her info so that he could make his next appt!I chose this salon bc of the raving customer reviews and she did not disappoint.
