The pool was nice and warm and the loungers seemed clean but when I put the back down, the seam was full of leaves, dirt, and grime so used two towels to lay on.
There is a no food policy at the pool which was super inconvenient. I was told to put away my popcorn by the lifeguard who acted as a pool attendant too.
There is also no bar at the pool which was disappointing.
The spa itself was fine. Upkeep could have been better after guests left (trash, used blankets, etc).
There weren’t any hairbrushes or combs, not even for purchase. However, the spa staff did find those items for me at the front desk which was very nice.

I first want to recognize Walida, who assisted me with the scheduling process. She was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made booking the massage an easy and seamless process booking the custom 50 min massage.
I also want to give a special shout-out to my massage therapist, Blondell. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the process to me thoroughly. I particularly appreciated how mindful she was regarding my foot injury, asking specific questions to ensure my comfort. The session was perfect, and I was actually sad when it ended; I will certainly be recommending her to others.

My recent visit to the MGM Spa was disappointing.
While I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the inviting atmosphere, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
While the aesthetician who performed my facial provided good service, the hot stone massage was unexpectedly painful. I have had numerous hot stone massages at other establishments and have never experienced this level of discomfort during or after a treatment.
Given the cost of your services, I expected a better and more refreshing experience. Instead, I left the spa in pain. As a result, I do not intend to return and will continue to patronize Salamander or The Four Seasons...read full review
