I have been meaning to try this new place, Google shows they are open until 7pm on Fridays, I arrived at 6:23 pm at the place and the lady was locking the door. I asked to see if she can just quickly get my eyebrows done since it's been 3 weeks for me and thought it's time to get it done and I have somewhere to go to tomorrow . She responded "we are already closed. She also asked me, is it just eyebrows, I said yes but needed a threading ,she said we don't do threading ,I then pointed her at the glass window sign that described all the services they offer ..she then made a correction and said ..I meant I don't have someone who can do threading, the lady who does it left at 6:30 ..again I got there before 6:30. I leave work everyday close to 6 pm and so today was one of those days I can only make it to this place . It's disappointing when an employee just keeps coming up with all the excuses she can come up with (at least that's how it made me feel). Too bad her loss because I tip very generous 😑 too bad 👎 I could have help this new local business that just open by recommending to all my clients specially in the field I'm in and I just felt like she was discriminating.

I had a very good first time walk-in here for eyebrow threading. I was in the area just to grocery shop but when I saw their sign for threading I’d thought I’d stop in just to see how much they charge. The young woman was welcoming and the price seemed fair and she was able to get me in and out so quickly. I will return here just for the convenient location alone

This is the sweetest and kindest lady you will ever meet. She takes her work very seriously and provides top tier services. My daughter and I have both gone to her and we will continue to do so. She is moving into her own space soon so make sure you book an appointment and support her!!
