Best place to go to in Mount Airy, for any health concerns or a quick DOT Physical. Staff is very helpful and polite. The Dr's. Are great,Take time to talk and explain everything.
Yes it is a busy office. (That's for a reason) as for the negative post on here.......we'll maybe its not family med. Center or the staff? Could just be the people writing the post? (Can't please everyone) just my opinion, based on my me and my familys experience. Thank you, Family Medicial Center!
Don't bother leaving a message. They will not get back to you. Waiting for my PCP to call me for an hour now as i write this review. Called 3 times left 3 separate messages. and never received a phone call back, just keep calling if you really need to talk to someone. I was shocked when i finally got ahold of someone at the office and asked if they had a portal of some kind to leave them messages and they said no. Very frustrated with the level of professionalism... would be one star but i feel bad adding to the level of 1 star reviews that they already have
My family has been going here for 17 years. All 5 of us. I only see Rochelle. I saw a couple other nurse practitioners there but wasn't happy. One misdiagnosed me and I had shingles instead of what she said. Another one asked me questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. Left there and made sure I didn't have a bill to pay.. Found out 2 months later that I was charged my copay. I was charged for the other questions she asked about. I feel like she just asked me to get more money out of the insurance and myself.
