I am so grateful to have gone when I did. I had been in severe pain for several days from a workout and was having trouble sitting, walking, standing or movement of any kind. I am not one to go to the doctor unless it’s absolutely necessary. I stretched, used a heating pad & iced my lower back, I even went and got muscle rollers thermal heat pads and icy hot patches. Chiropractic First has been AMAZING! All of the doctors are exceptional. Dr. Joe has helped my child fully recover from back and ankle injuries from their sport. This practice is always professional, available, personable, and attentive to the patient. Highly recommend!
