Mr. Bill Champney is a dream contractor. Skilled? Check. Does everything around the house (inside and out)? Check. Reasonably priced? Check. But can you trust him? How do the descriptors "honest, straight-forward, never-pushy, and transparent" sound to you? Check those too. Bonus: He always left things just as clean as when he arrived. We had him handle a lot of deferred maintenance this summer (for example, wood floors refinishing, painting, outdoor walkway, ceiling fan hanging, install new doors and framing, even some yardwork) and he or his sub-contractors took care of everything with aplomb. He tells me that "no job is too small" so don't let that stop you either....read full review

Bill performed a number of home improvement projects for us and did a great job. He was very thorough with any questions we had. He was also willing to rearrange his schedule for us for a couple of repairs that needed urgent attention, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks Bill!
