We hired Lawn Doctor to aerate our yard and had a positive experience with our technician, Winston. I was very impressed with his quality of work and enthusiasm for the job, he genuinely cares that you are successful in maintaining a healthy lawn. If you're looking for high quality work, subject matter expertise, and a very service-oriented interaction, Lawn Doctor would be a good choice.

Service results were unsatisfactory and overpriced. General manager assured me the seeding and fertilizer would remediate all of my thin and bare spots. After 10 days of watering twice a day, no results were observed. The manager said lack of results were due to dead grass on top and I needed to hard rake all these areas and put down some leaf grow. Then they would reapply the service. Now I would have to incur additional expense to have someone do the additional yard prep. We decided to not have lawn doctor not come back. I have sent several emails requesting a refund. No response has been received.
