Horrible service if you are a warranty customer. They came out multiple times, and were more focused on playing with my cat then doing the jobs . The dispatcher spoke down to me, interrupted, and treated me very poorly. I would never recommend them to anyone, especially if you are a black woman who has a warranty. If you dont believe me , go to their google reviews and filter for home warranty. That is were the low scores come in and people who look like me get the same lazy service with rude people
