I have been here almost 10 times and never have a bad experience! A quick 30 minute massage always fixes my neck or back pain. An hour is great if I want some extra time to relax. No, this isn’t a fancy day spa. But its a better massage than I have ever gotten paying more than 2x the price.
I have never had an issue with them asking for a tip (because I always tip generously), talking to other massage therapists or too many buzzers, like other reviews.
I walk in, ask them to work on the area I’m having issues with, and I leave feeling brand new!
The massage us usually very good, but it depends on who works on you.
However, it is often very noisy and busy. One lady does massage but also answers the phone and greets customers who come in, constantly interrupting your massage. They do not have a dedicated front⁹ desk person.
It can also be very noisy because the employees talk to each other too much and they use kitchen timers to time the massage so there are always noisey loud buzzers going off. It would be much better if they put a clock in every room and understood the importance of providing a quiet relaxin environment for the massage.
