Shirley did an amazing job yesterday. She really knows how to cut hair very well. She is also very nice and patient. I highly recommend this place. Shirley' experience and skills in cutting hair are absolutely amazing. Everyone here is very friendly. I love it at Elegant Hair Salon. I will definitely come back next time!

I went to this salon so many time and everytime I felt satisfied with my hair. My hair cut really in a good shape by Dennis. I can't find anyone take care my hair good like Dennis and good price too. Definitely go back.

Last Thursday 9/14/23, I called Shirley to check if she has a spot open for the day but unfortunately she took the day off. So I just went ahead and scheduled one @ 4:30 pm to whoever was available. When I walked in the salon, they ushered me to Dennis. I had gotten a haircut with him before and it was fine so I thought there shouldn’t be any problem. I immediately noticed that he was not in a friendly mood and I have this feeling that he was just ready to get this over with. I told him how I wanted my hair done and he nodded so I thought he knows what he was doing. While he was cutting my hair, he was really pressing hard on my head when he repositioned my head. Also, he was holding down on the blowdryer towards my leg and I had to move my leg to avoid the burning sensation from it twice. When he finished he barely showed the back of my head and he said that he just do it without listening to the customer’s specifications. I thought the haircut was alright but when my wife and kids noticed that there was uneven shave in the back that is when I found out about the horrror he did (See photo) I was so mad and I am doing everything so I can have some recourse on this unprofessional behavior. I am not going back to this salon again.Service: Haircut
