Dr. Morris, who also performed my family dog's ACL surgery, performed my dogs fractured humerus surgery exceeding well, especially given its level of difficulty, while being extremely conscientious of the cost to the customer. I came by to get my dog’s flea & tick medication from the pharmacy. It was a seamless process. The in house pharmacy reviewed my dog’s history before choosing the right product. Just a few months ago, i initially came to Rocky Gorge for a 2nd opinion after Dogs & Cata of Bowie told me that my dog would die if I didn’t leave her overnight with them…a scare tactic and money grab. Dr. Kelliebrew was completely transparent and I trusted her diagnosis. She saved my 10 year old dog and now she has a new patient. After being a Banfield customer for 20 years with my last 3 dogs. Drs. Smith and Buyert were fantastic, competent, and very personal. They took such great care of our yellow Lab, Sammy. Their assistants , Ashley and Stephanie were also wonderful. I am impressed with their knowledge and patience when asking questions about the dog. I would highly recommend Rocky Gorge’s Emergency Care facility.
