We are not use to this type of service. We called our old supplier on Thursday morning but they couldn't help us until the following Tuesday. Laurel Fuel not only supplied our oil on the same day, but was available in the early hours with a live body the next day instead of an answering service. We are grateful and will continue using this company.

My heat went out, and I scheduled them to come take a look, I had recently had a fuel delivery so I knew my oil wasn't low. The tech arrived early on the scheduled day, and had my heat back on in 20 minutes. However, within an hour is down again. :( I called Laurel Fuel back, and they had someone else back to my house promptly in less than an hour. The Second tech replaced a small part, and had my house warm again in no time. What I love about this company, is that someone ALWAYS answers the phone, and someone ALWAYS calls me back. Laurel Fuel is the best. I've been with them for 20 years for heating and cooling. My a/c just went out overnight and they have already been here and fixed it at 9:30 am. Can't thank them enough for their service. And a shoutout to Mason who fixed the a/c this morning.
