BAMS Martial Arts & Fitness is more than just a dojo or a school; it is a family built on tremendous respect, humility, and honor. It promotes the complete martial artist in both life and in the gym. The family-run facility operates with strong family values, providing a controlled and respectful environment for all. Classes are awesome and instructors are great, pushing everyone to do their best without giving up. They cater to all levels, so no one feels out of place, from the smallest child to the oldest adult. Every class is different with zero boredom, and students leave feeling proud and grateful. It is a place to learn martial arts while also gaining practical life lessons. People find it an honor to be part of this school, where effort is encouraged and knowledge is shared on many levels. It is described as pure serotonin, dopamine, and adrenaline, and yet so much more—a true family of learning and respect.
My two kids have been in Little Ninjas for a year and they love classes! Master K is patient and firm when needed, and she LOOOOOOVES teaching kids!
The team teaches more than technique, stamina, and strength. They also teach respect and character building, pushing students to be great outside of the dojo…at school, at work, and at home.
In the fall, BAMs offers a month of free women’s self defense classes. I am so thankful for the lessons taught by Master K and Professor BAM! My daughter is 7 years old and she loves this place. She has tried a few different karate places, but this one seems to show them more of what real life events and exercises that helps them get stronger and healthier. Thanks for all that you do!
