Jessica did my springtwist and they look great and still look great after 3 weeks. She was friendly and I like the fact that they wash and blow dry your hair unlike other places. *UPDATE to 4 stars for Erica's customer service. She called me to schedule an appointment to re-do my hair. I will return to use Erica as a stylist, satisfied with her service.*UPDATE to 3 stars* Erica called me to offer a resolution & explained she didn't hear everything that was going on. I will give Erica a chance to do my hair & maybe even my daughters then do another update at that time. I truly appreciate the follow up when she didn't have to do that!2 stars because Erica called me back to book an appointment over the phone after I'd called with questions.
