I tried to get an appointment for my dog because she was coughing/hacking a lot. The first appointment they could get me in for was over a week in the future. I found another vet that was able to see us the very same day. This seemed a really long time to wait when she is only 14 weeks and weighs not even 2 pounds.

Guilty or Broke? The constant calls on behalf of Dr. S to bring pet in seem more like a money making strategy than actually caring for the well-being of the pet.

This business was able to see my cat promptly in a time when hospitals and vet clinics are unable to keep up with the very many pets that people adopted during the pandemic. They did a wonderful job.
